Pastri (“Pastri,” “we,” Our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pastri handles information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information You Enter in the App

Pastri lets you create and manage information related to your baking business, such as customers, orders, quotes, recipes, ingredients, costs, payments, notes, delivery details, and reports.

This information is stored on your device and may be synced using Apple iCloud if iCloud is enabled on your device and for the app.

We do not operate our own server to store this information, and we do not access, sell, or share the business data you enter in Pastri.

2. iCloud Sync

Pastri may use Apple iCloud to sync your app data across your Apple devices. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s own privacy practices and iCloud terms.

You can manage iCloud settings through your device settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pastri Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

Apple may provide us with limited subscription status information, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, or canceled, so we can unlock Pro features in the app.

4. Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, and improve Pastri.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Pastri does not show third-party ads and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Pastri does not sell your personal information.

If we add analytics or crash reporting tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy details as required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited information only when necessary to:

Comply with legal obligations.
Respond to lawful requests.
Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Pastri, or others.
Provide app functionality through Apple services such as iCloud and App Store subscriptions.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

The information you create in Pastri remains on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account.

You can delete your app data by deleting records inside the app, removing the app from your device, or managing iCloud data through your Apple device settings.

Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records.

8. Children’s Privacy

Pastri is not designed for children and is not intended to collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We rely on Apple platform security features, device protections, and iCloud security to help protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account secure.

10. International Use

Pastri may be used in different countries or regions. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed according to Apple services and your own device/iCloud settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
